About Me

Hey! I am Jasmine Ford a 24 Year old certified personal trainer located in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. 
 

I grew up in a small town Lake View, SC where I spent my years doing Cheerleading, Volleyball, Basketball, Softball, and AAU. My senior year of college is where I fell in love with strength training. When I first started my fitness journey I was not confident AT ALL. I always wanted someone to come to the gym with me because I was timid about working out alone, I was ALWAYS & I mean ALWAYS covered up wearing HOODIES or a waist trainer bc I was afraid of being judged by others in the gym. However, once I began to challenge myself by letting go of my fears of what others were thinking of me. I became the most confident woman I have ever been. When I step foot into a gym, I look at myself as if I am the strongest woman in the world because in my eyes I AM! I am in no competition with no one but MYSELF.  Being Confident, Fearless, Inspiring, and Tenacious is what I strive for each of you to obtain.
